Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy applies to paid client services ordered from FutureProofBlog.in. Sending an enquiry form does not place a paid order or collect payment.

Before work starts

We confirm the deliverables, total price, delivery date and included revisions in writing before payment. If we cannot accept your brief, or you cancel before work starts, we refund any amount paid for that order in full.

After work starts

If you ask to cancel after work has started, contact us with the order reference. We will review the work already completed and agree on a fair refund of any undelivered portion, consistent with the written quote and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

Corrections and scope problems

Please report a deliverable that does not match the agreed written scope within seven days of delivery. We will first correct it within the included revision allowance. If we cannot remedy a material scope failure, we will offer an appropriate refund under the written quote and applicable law. A request for new work outside the agreed scope needs a separate quote.

Monthly plans

Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Tell us before the next billing month if you wish to cancel future service; no new month will be charged. Any refund for the current month depends on the work already completed, the written quote and applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email contact@futureproofblog.in with your name, order reference, payment date and the reason for the request. Do not email card details, passwords or bank login information. We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days. Once approved, a refund is sent through the original payment route where available; your bank or payment provider controls the time it takes to appear.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights. The complete paid-service terms also apply.
