See which words your resume shares with a job description.

Compare explicit keywords locally, then decide what to improve. This is a wording-overlap check, not an ATS score, hiring prediction or substitute for your judgement.

Your text stays on this device. The comparison runs in this browser tab; resume and job-description text are not uploaded or saved by this tool. Paste only what you are comfortable handling on this device.

      Use the result carefully

      • If a missing term describes something you have genuinely done, consider using the job's wording in a relevant bullet or skills section.
      • Never add a skill, qualification, metric or achievement unless it is true and you can explain it in an interview.
      • For each role, make the evidence clear: what you did, how you did it and the result. Use real figures only.

      About this checker

Does the percentage mean my resume will pass an ATS?

No. It is only the share of selected job-description terms that appear verbatim in your resume. Different systems parse documents differently, and employers evaluate context, evidence and fit—not a score from this page.

Does the tool store or upload my CV?

No. Analysis happens in your browser. This page does not send the text to a server, save it in browser storage or include it in analytics events.

Should I copy every missing keyword into my CV?

No. Add a term only if it accurately describes your skills or experience. Keyword stuffing and invented claims can hurt your application and your credibility.

Why might a relevant skill be missing from the results?

This lightweight checker compares exact words and common phrases. It does not understand synonyms, abbreviations or context. Read the job description yourself and use the tool as a prompt to review, not as a final verdict.
