A straightforward order process

Tell us the outcome you need, who will use it, what files or source material you have, and your deadline. We review the brief and reply with a fixed scope, total price and delivery date, normally within one working day. You can ask for a smaller first deliverable or decline the quote; the enquiry itself creates no payment obligation.

For accepted work, payment instructions are sent after the scope is agreed. Small services are paid before work starts; larger projects may be split into a start payment and a final balance. Work begins only after payment is confirmed in the receiving account. The agreed quote explains the deliverables, timeline and included revisions.

Choose a focused first task

You can order one resume rewrite, a single section of website copy, one chart with an explanation, a small spreadsheet improvement or one browser calculator. A short first order lets both sides agree on a clear result before expanding the work. If you have a larger need, ask for a phased quote that names each deliverable and payment milestone.

Questions before you send a brief

Does the enquiry form take payment? No. It only sends your brief so the scope and quote can be confirmed.

Does the service guarantee a job, sales or search ranking? No. The quote describes the actual files or work included; results outside that scope are not promised.

Can you send scanned paperwork? Please use digital, exportable source files. Do not include passwords, card details or identity documents in the enquiry.
